  The company has definitely gone down hill over the last few years. First, they change the tank fees to require two fill ups a year, they used to allow a 400/500 tank fill up once a year. Second, they overcharge you for copper lines (tacking on burial fees even if you don't use them to bury the line), charging over $500 for less than $200 worth of copper. Third, the office staff have poor communication with their service staff causing the office to schedule service (such as line burials) when the service staff recommend against such service, then the office staff do not communicate any information to the customers (requiring multiple calls to the offices).

  You'll regret ever using this company. It takes alot for me to leave a review. They deserve it. Charging cards without my consent to losing a credit due to a new computer system. I've been with them for years and I am done. How they just treated me, next season ill get a real company to provide propane. Just look at all their reviews it speaks for itself. Don't trust these people I caught them oweing me a decent size credit by me looking into what was delivered. Noone reached out. I had to ask questions and oh they found it. Then a new computer system was put in and all was lost. No history and the customer service was horrible.

  I'm a new customer and I'm very impressed by their work in getting me changed over. Scott did a super job in checking everything out and making sure we was satisfied before he left. Thanks alot! look forward to being a long time customer.
