  We had been a customer for 30 years. Rutland Bottle Gas does not appreciate loyal customers. The person I spoke with in The Plains was very rude. Even though we had prepaid for 2 tanks of gas and only used 1 leaving us a credit we were still charged a large amount for 1 fill. I don’t remember a time when we didn’t have a credit. Checked with other companies that will not charge you if you only use 1 tank and they had a much friendlier staff!

  I'm a new customer and I'm very impressed by their work in getting me changed over. Scott did a super job in checking everything out and making sure we was satisfied before he left. Thanks alot! look forward to being a long time customer.
