  We had been a customer for 30 years. Rutland Bottle Gas does not appreciate loyal customers. The person I spoke with in The Plains was very rude. Even though we had prepaid for 2 tanks of gas and only used 1 leaving us a credit we were still charged a large amount for 1 fill. I don’t remember a time when we didn’t have a credit. Checked with other companies that will not charge you if you only use 1 tank and they had a much friendlier staff!

  Fill service seems to take forever been told for two days now they was gonna be out to fill my tank. Still haven't seen them. Now got to go threw weekend with no propane.
