- RWRich WitzelMay 8, 20261.0It takes 15 minutes to unload 7 rolls. I have been sitting here since 1400. Only 1 other truck. They informed us that they only use 1 forklift operator on second shift and they need to keep the operator feeding the production line. They are making us sit 8 plus hours. I lost my next load to get home this weekend because of theses unprofessional hacks. NEVER come to this place. They are rude and useless. They should be fined for holding back drivers by the FMCSA

Open your doors, put paperwork in trailer, slide your tandems to the rear, then backup into Rolls Dock(Dock #1). Light will go from green, to red, back to green. Pull up, get your paperwork, and you’re good to go. Fast unload.
- JWJay WhitDec 23, 20254.0Take the reviews with a grain of salt because it s just paper rolls so, typically the reviews are from drivers who had a bad experince. It does get busy but it's based off of how many brokers lied about the same appt time as other brokers,causing a major backup . No appt, so your peak times will be the busiest. I got here at 1:55, with one truck ahead of me. Also, with the building on your right, itll be the fist entrance. On Left, 2nd. no checkin. Just place paperwork in trailer, slide tandems and back in. Green light, good to go. 20-45min per truck, depending on unloader. Good luck and safe travels.
