I had an issue with a part and contacted support; only the first email was answered, by someone named Jude Rivera and after that, they stopped replying to my emails. I simply had to buy an entire shower door just to use a single part and resolve the customer's problem.

It’s very rare these days to come across customer support that is this simple, effective, friendly, and genuinely makes you feel like you’re not bothering anyone.
I reached out because of an answer you had provided on the Home Depot website, and I had a solution to my issue in less than 24 hours.

We purchased a Vigo Stainless Farmhouse sink with faucet back in 2019. Full disclosure, it wasn't through Vigo, some third party seller on Amazon. Love the sink, love the faucet. Through normal wear and tear, the chrome finish started to peel off the pull down spray head and it started to be bothersome when using it. I decided to reach out to Vigo directly to see if they would sell me a replacement spray head. It was a Sunday evening when I reached out, not expecting to hear back since it was the weekend, and early evening. The next day, I hear from them asking me further information. I responded, and after several more back and forth, they indicated that they will send me a replacement out of warranty for free. Although at the time, they didn't have the piece in stock, they ordered it and let me know when it would be received and shipped. At the point, I'm grateful that I could even get a replacement, not to mention for free. I'm really appreciative of the service. We love the product, very stylish, and appears to hold up, even after almost 8 years of use. High recommend their product, and will continue to look them up for any future upgrades at our over 100 year old home.
