  Zero Stars. I typically don't like to do negative reviews. I'm not a complainer, and I don't like to express negativity. However, in the interest of giving the reader something important to consider, I will begin with the conclusion: If you purchase anything manufactured by Vigo Industries, rule out any possibility of getting service parts. They simply do not want to sell them to you. While there lineup of products are attractive enough, there are other high-quality manufacturers who actually give a damn about their customers and show it with vastly better customer service. I am now in week 6 of attempting to get a set of replacement hinges for my glass shower door, which failed catastrophically, almost taking my foot off when I open the shower door which slipped off the lip of the shower and landed near my foot. Sometime in mid May I contacted Vigo for the replacement hinges. Exactly 5+ weeks and THIRTY SEVEN EMAILS later I am still attempting to have them fulfill a simple order, paid for in advance for the replacement parts. I have been subject to such banalities as "what did you mean by the word ( X ) in your email?" I mean cummon, REALLY?? Two things I will swear to: 1 - I will not purchase a replacement Vigo shower door - I want the hinges. And 2 - I will never, ever, EVER purchase anything made by VIGO Industries again. Buyer beware.

  We recently installed a Vigo shower door and are very happy with the quality and look of the door. Then, when we discovered that a part was missing, the staff at Vigo were professional, helpful and speedy and resolved our issue. We highly recommend Vigo!

  I want to share my recent experience with VIGO Industries. My VIGO kitchen faucet (VG02001), which was sold with a lifetime warranty, suffered a structural failure when the threaded mounting section broke. The faucet can no longer be secured to the sink and cannot be repaired. After providing photos and documentation, VIGO informed me that the broken component is not available as a replacement part and that the entire faucet would need replacement. However, they denied warranty coverage and offered no replacement or compensation. I understand that companies have warranty terms and conditions, but when a product fails, cannot be repaired, and replacement parts are unavailable, I believe a lifetime warranty should provide meaningful protection for customers. I am disappointed with the outcome and wanted to share my experience so that other consumers can carefully review warranty limitations before purchasing. Roland Prudhomme

  I had a Vigo frameless shower door installed in August. I purchased a sliding glass tub/shower door with one fixed side, This week, the fixed glass spontaneously exploded into little pieces. I was completely shocked and a bit nervous about replacement due to the limited warranty. I had heard although rare tempered glass can "explode" if there are imperfections where holes are and over time if things settle, it can be too much pressure. I even know extreme temps can crack glass, but under normal use this was unexpected for me. I immediately called VIGO and spoke with Jude Riviera. Jude was patient and reassuring during the call. He input my info and let me know things would be resolved within 48 hours. I understood that the warranty did not cover glass breaks if the glass was tampered with or abnormal usage or bad installation...but this was not the case. I was hoping that the glass would be covered. AND IT WAS! Jude assured me that although this isn't normal, "random glass shatters" should not happen and would be taken care of. Within 24 hours, I received and email that my glass door panel had been ordered and would be delivered with in 5 business days. Thank you VIGO for standing by your product and hiring service agents like Jude Riviera to handle customer concerns. What a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend your products, the door I purchased is absolutely beautiful. Fingers crossed we don't have any other issues, but I am confident if I ever needed to call again you all would handle things the same.
