  These guys (fantastic father-son team) are awesome. I had a job that they were hesitant to take on because of its potential fussiness. I’m not sure why they were worried — though it was outside their usual services, they swiftly assessed and problem solved to get me what I needed. Though it was a bit of a hassle, they nailed it, without complaint. Couldn’t have asked for a better outcome.

  Before I begin my story, I must thank Google. Had it not been for Google, I would not have found this amazing company who truly helped this damsel in distress. It was an extremely hot day, 91 degrees, last week in the Catskill Mountains. I decided to make the best of it and start putting out yard ornaments. One ornament I chose was a brass plaque with brass pole that screws into the plaque and then goes into the ground. This is not an ordinary plaque. It is a gift my husband gave to his father over forty years ago with a special inscription engraved into the plaque. The plaque was returned to my husband upon his father's passing. When I pushed the pole into the ground the pole broke at the point where the pole screws into the plaque. The top part of the screw was in the plaque. I FROZE IN TOTAL DISBELIEF. I was now a true damsel in deep distress. What to do?! Ask Google of course! Google led me to meet all the people at Niekamp. Here I am a stranger, who with a broken lawn ornament, walks into a tool company. I was kindly greeted by the receptionists, who escorted me to the owner. The owner greets me with the nicest smile, takes my name and number and one hour later calls me to tell me the plaque is fixed. The owner had to drop all he was doing to help me. AND HE DID IT FOR FREE!. I am no longer a damsel in distress. I am so very thankful and relieved. Even better still, the plaque no longer wobbles on the pole and they even straightened the pole. Google we need six stars here.
