- MBMaya BJul 24, 20265.0Working with Sergio at Iron Design was a wonderful experience. From the estimate to the installation, the process was easy and smooth. Notably: 1) He was so kind during the estimate and really took the time to explain the process. 2) He went out of his way to make a separate trip to come pick up payment. 3) The prices were thousands of dollars less than the other places I reached out to. 4) The color selection was amazing. There were so many options in every shade and undertone. I was able to choose a color that matches my trim perfectly. They also let me pick the color of my hardware. 5) The project was completed so quickly. It was less than 2 weeks from the date of initial contact to the completed installation. 6) The men who came to install the bars (both names Sergio) explained everything well and showed me how to use the quick release features. The walk around at the end showed me all windows and doors and let me test the key. 7) The bars are beautiful. I was worried installing bars would make my house look like a jail, but they are so pretty that I actually like how the house looks better now. 8) I feel much safer in my home. The bars are secure and a clear deterrent to anyone thinking of trying to break in. Thank you to the team at Iron Design for your work. I will definitely reach out again for any future iron projects.
