I don't know how anyone could give less than five stars for the service that I got from the folks here! Ed and Matt were so professional and so friendly and did an amazing job. Installing our propane tank for our new generator! Thank you so much!

There was a reason we decided to go with Fairclogh for our new propane tanks. We had extremely unpleasant experiences with another supplier even after being a customer for decades. So Fairclogh did not disappoint. Everyone has to make inquiries about home installations and the people who answer the phone at Fairclogh to answer all of the questions could not be nicer. They made the whole process pleasant, THANK YOU!!!!

I called to get my cooking propane filled. I was told I'd receive a call before the technician came. I was not called and the technician took my tank (including the leftover propane) and left. I was not compensated or apologized to. I called back and was redirected to a rude man who ignored my concerns and tried to claim I owed THEM money.

Poor communication led to a $287.50 financial penalty, which was compounded by extremely abusive customer service. 👎 I had an HVAC technician on-site who was charging $115 per hour. My HVAC unit needed propane delivery to complete the repair, so I called Fairclough to schedule a fill. I was told to have the tech wait and a truck would arrive "very soon." The Fairclough truck arrived 2.5 hours later, despite two separate calls during which I was told the driver was "just around the corner." Because of this delay and the misleading updates, I incurred an additional $287.50 labor charge for the HVAC technician to simply sit and wait. Had I been told the that the delivery would take over two hours, I would have sent the technician home and rescheduled, saving significant money. I called Fairclough to respectfully inquire if they would consider offering a partial credit to help offset the unexpected cost caused by their delay and poor communication. Instead of finding a civil supplier, I was met with an immediate angry, and highly defensive response. The person on the phone yelled at me for the entire conversation, stating I should be "praising" them for their speed. Be that as it may, as a consumer how would I know their timelines and what is a reasonable delivery time? At no point was I treated with concern or respect. It is shocking to call a company to have a civil conversation and receive this level of anger and hostility. A small gesture of goodwill, even a minor discount on the fuel delivery fee, would have easily resolved this issue and resulted in a decent experience. Instead, their inability to communicate accurately and their appalling customer service response means I must advise others to avoid this company. We have a few more months in this retail space, so making a change would be moot. Should I sway one customer to decide against picking Fairclough, I would be satisfied.

Nothing but good experiences. When I need a fill, they come same/next day. When my HVAC had issues and company blamed it on propane valves (which turns out weren’t the problem) fairclough came next day and replaced valves at no charge. Prices were competitive/better than the larger companies and the crew that comes to fill/service have always been nice. I don’t have experience with any other propane company, but I have no reason to look elsewhere either. Thumbs up, thanks for helping keep us warm
