- PDPat DJun 8, 20265.0Just had our propane service turned on. What an absolutely pleasant experience with Fairclough. Our dealings with our former provider AmeriGas was absolutely terrible. In searching for a different propane provider I spoke with 4 different companies, Fairclough by a large margin has the best customer service. Andrew was straightforward and easy to discuss installation options and Ronnie who performed our installation was professional, courteous, and neat. So happy we switched.

We had extremely unpleasant experiences with another supplier even after being a customer for decades. So Fairclogh did not disappoint. Everyone has to make inquiries about home installations and the people who answer the phone at Fairclogh to answer all of the questions could not be nicer. They made the whole process pleasant, THANK YOU!!!!

I was not called and the technician took my tank (including the leftover propane) and left. I was not compensated or apologized to. I called back and was redirected to a rude man who ignored my concerns and tried to claim I owed THEM money.

The employees must not communicate with each other, getting phone calls once a week asking for a card number which was provided at least 10 times. Cancel the service, they show up anyways and charge you. Make a change, it’s not done because the customer service employees aren’t making the notes. It’s been never ending issues for the last 2 years. Do not recommend.
