I was berated and threatened with legal action over the phone by Nicole and it wasn't until I took half a day off of work to go to their bank that the situation was resolved. Extremely unprofessional to work with when they think you didn't pay them, but no apology and only finger pointing at others when they make the mistake. I understand Propane options are limited but we will be moving to wood and electric heat just to avoid OOP. To Steve at OOP, please rethink your staffing choices, it cost you a customer today. Edit: found out that Frontier Co-op will do propane delivery to Ithaca, so there is at least one other option.
