The receptionist at the front desk was exceptionally rude to me over a receipt that I asked for and was very condescending whenever I would ask a question. I’m not sure what the woman’s name is, but she is at the front desk. I have never had worse customer service anywhere. If I could give less than one star, I would. We need our propane tank filled but the receptionist said it’ll be 4-5 days before they will come do it because we aren’t on a “route.” They have never told us we could be on a route, and then she wouldn’t explain to me how to do that. 100000% would not recommend.
- EDElizabeth DardenMar 3, 20212.0We have been using Smith Brothers gas company since we moved to Wallace in July with no issues, however I called a week ago to get them to come refill our tank for our hot water and I can’t get anyone to come. I paid 2 bills over the phone totaling about $300 and they are saying they have no record of it. There is no option to pay online so no way to send a receipt. Haven’t had hot water since last Friday and now they won’t even return my phone calls to get someone to our house. Definitely taking our business elsewhere.
