  Alex & Trey came to my home to repair the front door Thursday before the 4th of July. They did an excellent job! Our subdivision's lawn crew broke out the glass on my outer door. So, I opted for plexiglass so this wouldn't happen again. I've use Clayton glass & mirror before. So, they were my 1st call when the glass got shattered. I'm very thankful that they fixed it before the holiday weekend.

  I do not recommend. . My experience was a waste of time and very unprofessional. I called and requested a measurement on Monday for Thursday for a large bathroom mirror. Carson told me they would call me Wednesday to schedule. No one called me Wed so before closing I called them again. Carson said the date in the computer was wrong and scheduled a guy to come out Thursday. I asked her on the phone if he would have examples with him and she said he would. He came with no examples and told me to go to the store in Clayton to see examples. First impression store was junky and disorganized and everyone looked like a deer in headlights when I walked in. “We don’t have samples here they said we will email you the links to look at them. Ok can you email me now while I’m here and I’ll look and if one and if it works I’ll purchase it? . “We don’t have prices. Bruh. Ok I’ll tell you what mirror I like and can you email me the price? Yes. Never got an email. Hours online say they close at 4:30 on Friday. I called at 4:08 and their voice message said Closed. They are Closed Sat Sunday too so big fat waste of my time gas and mental power.

  Not sure I'd trust this company. Started out well and quickly got a call back with a reasonable quote. During that call we set up an appointment from them to come measure. I put the appointment on my 2 calendars and worked from home so I could be present. Come the day of and no show. I call to ask about the status of my appointment and am told I dont have one. Boy am I surprised. Then they made up a lie about me not wanting an appointment and having to talk to my wife first. News to me. In no way were they truly apologetic or sought any means to remedy the situation. The person was just a yakbak stating they call the day ahead to give you the estimated appointment time... which I already knew. So yeh, best of luck if you roll the dice here.

  Clayton glass came out measured my shower for a new door. Glass door was ordered and showed up when I was told.I appreciate the help and guidance that Ashley was able to give me for this project. Thanks
