My company has used ICS since 2017 several projects. Cecilia in the front was awesome to work with she is no longer there. My last experience not so much, needed a quote for a railing we built, she says I'll call you back because our phones are giving us problems. she calls me back with a quote, I understand a quote is an educated guess. We drop the railing off on a friday afternoon, no front staff. Crew was great, thou, after about a week in I call to verify cost get voice mail. No call back, after another few days i get a voice mail the project is ready to be picked up. Price is not even close, girl says, "where is your written quote"? I said, "you told me over the phone"! Manager comes out tells me that is the way it is. So blew my budget and wouldn't work with me. Profit over client loyalty.

Great service, fast turnaround, and reasonably priced. Two years later step sides still look great!

They did such a beautiful job on my intake grates for my furnace. About a week ago I took in a very rusted and faded bistro set I bought at Goodwill years ago. I always thought I would paint them myself, but never did. I decided to give ICS a swing at them. My granddaughter picked out a greenish blue color. The set turned out gorgeous. Their prices are very reasonable too. I will definitely go to these guys with anything metal I need spruced up!!
