  My wife and I were on vacation over 900 miles away from home and noticed something not right with our hitch. It had come loose so we stopped in after dropping our trailer and they noticed bolts were loose! Took the time to take an impact gun to it and now we can take the rest of our trip worry free!! Thank you so much the Hands.

  Beware!! Service department- I recently took my Jayco Eagle to my LOCAL Jayco dealer for repair of my slide. They recommended to have the roof sealed in which I told them ok to do as well and sent me down the road with a hefty bill. I then went to start cleaning my camper up a couple months later for use only to find my slide to only be in worse condition than before. They made said repairs and gladly handed me yet ANOTHER bill to slide repair. I asked how could they charge me yet again for what was supposed to be done the first time and they just informed me that "that's the bill and its right". I informed them that if they insisted on my paying twice for a repair that was only done once that this would be the last dollar they would receive from me and they response was just "ok". Needless to say I am done spending money with them!!

  BUYER BEWARE! We traded our TT for a 5er. They delivered. BUT, they didn't finish the work they promised before they delivered. And they WILL NOT return a call. The other reviews are right, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. SON-IN-LAW While walking around the 5er when we first were interested, the owners son-in-law walked around with us along with the female owner. Every time he tried to answer a question she interrupted him. RED FLAG! We missed it! While delivering our 5er, he told us how mean they are to him and how much he hated working there. Apparently many people hate working there. As he was moving our TT, he damaged it. I COULD GO ON AND ON! DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE DID! WALK AWAY!!!

  I’ve been calling to try and get an awning replaced for a month every time it’s “I’ll call you tomorrow with a price”. They never call back, until I call to speak with owner. Now they can’t get the parts. Absolutely ridiculous. Take your money somewhere what actually wants your business.
