  I've been a customer for years. They have always been great. But today I had an invoice from them on my step. They put about 200 gallons in my tank. The upsetting and questionable reason why I am posting this is because I never called them to put propane in. I only need it in the winter. Their reason was propane is going up and they wanted to give me the cheaper price. I appreciate it but give someone a heads up first.

  They were Very professional and helpful. They moved my tank a few hundred yards. They were very accommodating and patient. They got everything hooked up and tested the tank pressure, as well as, tested the fireplace hookup. They were very friendly and helpful through the entire process. They seem to have best communication with Email and respond within the same day. I definitely recommend them. This was in Spring during their slow time, do keep that in mind.

  Terry came out today to install a 120 gallon tank. Super nice guy, very knowledgeable. He refused to leave until he got the job done right and I greatly appreciate that. 5 Stars!!!!

  We have been a customer with R&R for sometime now. In August we had our tank filled, then were in and out of town till mid November. When home for a bit we smelled propane. The main shut off was leaking pretty good, and we had less than 30% left in our tank. We called R&R and was told to shut it off at the valve. On November 11th R&R delivered us a full tank of propane. The service tech left a door tag explaining nothing about the leak or repair, only what was owed for the service. With Christmas and the holidays, again we were in and out of town. Mid January we smelled propane and checked our tank, which was leaking from the shut off valve that was repaired in November. The service tech who filled our tank tightened it in such a way it could no longer be shut off by hand. I'm guessing that was the repair. We called R&R about the problem and was told they would call us back that day...which they didn't. The next day I called again. After explaining the situation to R&R and a lengthy conversation, we were then asked "what do you want us to do about it"? "Our service tech made a TEMPORARY repair on your valve, and it wasn't leaking when he left." "It's impossible that you lost all that propane." I was told if we didn't like their service to find another provider. They offered no solution on how we could proceed forward with the unsafe tank and get a PERMANENT repair made. But, rest assured, no matter what condition the tank was in, R&R pumped the liquid gold in our tank, and recieved their payment promptly... no repair was ever made. I worked in the Gas Industry for over 30 years and this standard would never have been tolerated. The Public Service Commission in Jefferson City will be advised of the situation.To this day we have never received a return phone call from R & R.

  I can’t thank these guys enough. We were in a tough spot, out of propane, with single digit temps approaching. Every other company I called basically told me I was SOL and it’d be two weeks until they could come out. The staff here were kind, informative, and empathetic. I can’t say enough good things. They are the only company I will call next time.
