  Fast response to my call. Extremely courteous and professional. Also, showed me how my hot water heater works on my park model RV. Go above and beyond. A local company that has fair pricing. No regrets hiring them to provide my energy needs.

  I can not believe what I went through with this company. I called them for a cleaning. the guy showed up an hour late first of all. When he did he tried to just walk in without me getting the door. He came in and I showed him the furnace. He started shaking his head. There is rust from my tank leaking on it the tank was replaced along with other parts. After ten minutes he went outside and talked on the phone for another ten. Then he came in and said he was not going to finish the job. He said he was going to condemn the burner which I did not no what that means he showed me a couple of rusty bolts which he could not take off without breaking. He left and then the office called 911. Yes you read rite. The next day the fire chief showed up and said that this never happens. I showed him my burner and he said this is a joke. It looked better than the one they had at fire house. He examined and said it looked fine. When I call somebody for a service I cant believe they want to start this much trouble. I think this guy was not good at his job and did not know what he was doing. You don't condemn and call 911 because of rust and a broken bolt. There was no carbon leaking or fire danger. I condemn this company and what they put me through. F#@$ Y%$
