  Choosing Garthwaite Energy to replace our home furnace worked out extremely well for us. Installer Travis communicated well, was experienced, knowledgeable and very efficient. Travis and Huge work well together and take great pride in the quality of their work. From the original bid visit through completion, all contact with Garthwaite people was positive, professional and upbeat--an impressive company.

  I called Garthwaite today in the late-morning to inquire about availability to help me with a furnace that is inoperable right now. They told me they would talk to the service techs and call me back. Never heard back. I called in before 4 and the story is now that I can't get service because I am not an oil customer. Fine, whatever. But that information would have been much more useful at 11am when I could have made more calls. Poor communication and no accountability, basically tried to tell me that they didnt take my number down right and couldnt reach me later on. Doesn't add up.. I wasn't an oil customer at 11 so just tell me that right away and I can try to find actual help!

  Been a customer for over 3 years. Have had nothing but great service from the company. I have paid my bills from them on time. Today I call to get oil and they want to do a credit check… or a card on file.. jeez where is the loyalty. Ridiculous

  great people to do business with, crew that came to install my new furnace and tank were the best I have had. They were polite, always asked if something had to be done, extra, clean, no mess, and good sense of humor.
