  As a long-term customer, I've always appreciated the highly competent and responsive service provided by George Propane. But today, Josh gets a particularly big thumbs-up. An emergency situation at my residence this weekend required that I call the answering service. Within 30 seconds (literally), Josh the on-call technician called me back. He was knowledgeable, patient, and reassuring as he talked me through my situation and provided explanations for everything along the way. As someone who likes to understand exactly what's going on and why, this was greatly appreciated. Josh asked a number of questions to better understand my situation, rather than providing a quick, once-size-fits-all resolution. He was as kind as he was competent. Always a plus in a gas emergency, wouldn't you agree? I highly recommend George Propane and, if you ever run into Josh on a service call (or phone call), please tell him thanks!

  I switched to George Propane a couple of years ago because I needed 24/7 service for an unreliable furnace (not installed by George Propane). They are a full service company with skilled and friendly technicians always available in emergency situations and with a smile. After the latest boiler failure, we decided to install a new one. Scott, the Service Manager, worked with the crew to expedite the installation as I was without heat and hot water. Kyle, Graham, and Ron are all fantastic technicians and worked hard to install the system quickly. I so appreciate the quality of their work and their friendly and reliable service. Thank you to everyone at George Propane!

  George Propane is always a pleasure to work with. We've (Paciorek Electric, Inc) installed hundreds of Kohler generators and had George Propane do the piping and tank installs. They are by far the easiest to work with and are big on customer service! They always fit us in on same day so we can give our customers "turn key" same day! They never let us or our customers down.

  We switched to George Propane from a larger company after that company let our gas run out while we were away. It was the best decision! George Propane has a sensor in our tank that they monitor remotely so we can travel confidently knowing that our house will always have a gas supply . The staff are very friendly and have ready answers when we’ve called with questions. Additionally, they are absolutely fantastic with their response times. We are extremely happy with this company and recommend them to everyone we know who needs a propane company.
