  I've been using Brodeur for heating and cooling maintenance and service for 10 years, and couldn't be happy. When I call someone answers, they show up when they say they will, and all the techs are professional and extremely knowledgeable. Most recently Shane helped me get my AC going again, and helpfully explained everything that he was doing, and why. Excellent.

  I had a furnace cleaning . The two young men arrived on time. I was called 30 mins ahead of arrival and they did a nice job. Polite and prompt ! Would definitely use their services again !

  First, they are no longer family owned & operated to start. My aunt has been doing business with them for 14yrs and the office manager Jeff, gladly severed that relationship when I questioned why a preseason maintenance call for $250 did not detect the upstairs unit not working one week later when she turned the AC on for the first time. They gladly collected another $150, could not even figure out the issue with the techs they sent over and then had the audacity to speak over me and hang up mid sentence when I asked valid questions. DO NOT USE THEM!!! There are plenty of honest companies now in the area that stand behind their service.

  My second floor AC was blowing only hot air so I called to get it fixed. The two men figured out the problem, replaced the part and the system was back. It took only a short time.
