Once for the central air, once for a hot water heater replacement and for the oil furnace. They were not only quick, but their service people were curtious, knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. They care about their customers, striving to exceed expectations. We have never been disappointed!
- MBMichael BoutinApr 22, 20265.0Fast, friendly and thorough with their explanations when they replaced our old boiler. They took the old one away, no mess, and there's clear instructions and manuals for everything. They showed me where the shutoff is, they put in a new carbon monoxide detector, new thermostat, and left the manual right by the boiler for if we chose to have any other company come back for maintenance or service. The whole install took about 2 to 3 hours. The lady who does the phone was also friendly and able to answer any questions I had to make the arrangements for the replacement.

I live out of state so they would take care to make sure that we had enough oil, especially if there was weather coming. It’s hard to put into words how appreciative I have been for their care over these past many years. Highly recommend.

After a horrible experience with a bigger named company (due to me being desperate for heat) Kaeble got me in within the hour and were able to diagnose and repair my system. The technicians and office staff were beyond kind and helpful. A few hundred dollars for a repair is so much better than the $14,000 the other company quoted me to replace my boiler. Shop/use small, they care about their customers! Thank you again for coming in clutch!

They did an excellent job replacing my old furnace. The work is neat and demonstrates a high level of professionalism. I would highly recommend their services.
