  We’ve been a customer of Williams Coal and Oil for almost two decades and they are fantastic. They respond immediately, no matter the hour. They’re always on time and always call before they arrive. The tech’s are smart, efficient, they pinpoint the problem and determine the best course of action. They price it out on the spot, do the job well, they get it done, and leave it spotless! Great staff, always pleasant and easy to work with, and they stand behind their work! They’re saved me again today! Thanks Ian!

  I had a wonderful experience with Williams Energy. Between maintenance on my burner, a leaky water tank and then an unexpected leak from the burner. They took care of everything very quickly very professionally and I highly recommend them. They are lovely people. Sincerely, Robina F.

  I have used Williams Energy numerous times and have always been so pleased with their service. We bought a house 2 years ago which needed extensive updating of all the electrical and plumbing. Williams energy did all the work , their communication and reliability were excellent. This winter ,I needed them for two major emergencies, a leaking oil tank and then a frozen broken pipe. They responded quickly and damage was minimal. All their technicians are professional, prompt, and do great work.

  When I spoke to Ann Marie she was professional and accommodating. When I told her my fear about not being home for Williams to service the A.C unit she moved the day and time even though Williams is very busy this time of year This set my mind at ease. Thank you again Ann Marie for your professionalism and being so friendly. I hope to speak with you again. 🙂
