  Had a great experience looking for a pair of loafers that would support my feet/ankles for long wear. I believe I was helped by River, and they were very helpful and gave great advice. Would definitely come here again!

  Today I went in to buy a couple different shoes - the Adrian Aspens in cherry red and the 1853 platforms. I always get a little overwhelmed in stores like this bc the shoes are costly (but worth it) and i want to make sure i’m getting the right size and model. River was beyond helpful, patient, and brought out multiple sizes to make sure I had the right fit in each model as well as gave me helpful tips! I actually ended up walking out the store having purchased the wrong 1853 model (that was my own mistake, not River’s) and I went back in. She was so kind and helped me try on the model I actually wanted and exchanged the shoes for me. It was one of the best experiences I had in a store in a long time!

  Came in for a pair of 1461s, having worn nothing but work or hiking boots for several years. River was very helpful with sizing, selection, and explanation of care and break-in. Also provided useful tips on other local stores for other things I needed.

  I had the best customer service experience at Dr. Martens thanks to Reyna (sorry if i misspelled) She was incredibly friendly, patient and helped me decide which boots to choose. I was definitely satisfied with my purchase and I left the store feeling like a valued customer.

  Spoke with one of the Team Members named Zack—amazing guy, ‘told me what I need to know about a certain products and gave me a run down on seasonal lineups. I called in for Carlson Suede Mules and told me they could potentially come back since they’re seasonal. He offered me alternatives that work just great and overall, such a great experience. I’ll definitely come down there from RI! - Misael (Missile)
