- PHPaula HowardMar 31, 20261.0We purchased a zero turn mower last summer. Still under warranty I’m having trouble with the hydrostatic on one side. After several attempts I talked to service department. They are charging 50$ to pick up even though it’s under warranty and we only live four miles away. When purchased it was never mentioned that they would charge to pick up for servicing and the worst part is its peak mowing season and their only mechanic is on vacation for two weeks. You tell Me what sense does that make. Very disappointed and will not be buying anything from them again!!!!
