  They were the only J.D. facility open kinda close to me the Friday of July fourth weekend. Thankful for that. My first attempt at getting through to the parts department failed. I assumed the part I was needing would be a common part so I started my journey towards them. My phone rang and it was GreenMark calling me back after missing my first attempt, I was a bit taken back, but after two minutes on this call I was assured they had the part and it would be ready when I arrived. Always nice to see a clean and organized store. All the gentlemen behind the counters were professional and looked the part. My only complaint would be the free popcorn machine is tucked away around a corner. But I found it.

  It's the Walmart of the deere empire... The conglomerate in town, that closed down all the mom and pop single store operations so they can send their profits to their out of town owners!

  I bought a weed eater and a leaf blower. Came back a week later leaf blower wouldn't start. It wouldn't pump up with the plunger the salesman that sold it to me was rude. I left the leaf blower and called 3 days later because they didn't call me back. I show up to get it the mechanic was rude as well. Saying there was nothing wrong with it but now the primer bulb is now working. I've been a customer for over 6 years and have bought a few things from them but we won't buy anything else from you guys for being so rude....

  You pay for the warranty, you think they would cover a part thar broke from normal use. If you can't use it how it was intended why should we buy it
