The girl at the parts desk needs to seriously get a uniform. Wearing skin tight clothing to a job is unacceptable and really inappropriate 😐 she's been there long enough, I'm sure greenmark can afford to get her a proper uniform. My family won't be back to this location.

Never wrote up a work order on it. I called 3 times (first after leaving msg and then texting them in response to them texting me first…never heard back). Lori hemmed and hawed each time like something was wrong, then finally said she had someone to work on it Friday afternoon. When I hadn’t heard from them by Tuesday, 3-1/2 wks after we took the tractor to them, my husband just went and picked it up and went elsewhere. The service guy said work order was never written up!

How can a company possibly stay in business that never answers the phone and never returns calls? If anyone has dealt with a different dealership within 100 miles of South Bend can you please leave a phone number? I would rather drive to someone who will actually answer a phone or return a call.

They have had our gator for over a week, we have not had any calls or emails letting us know the status of the repairs. Have called the service department several times for two days and have left messages, but no return calls or anything. Very poor customer service.
