    Poor customer service and very rude. Especially for the prices they want to charge. My advice would be to shop around.

    I use Builders mart often for both fencing and deck projects. They have always been helpful and good to work with. Ryan, is who I have dealt with the most and he has been quick in responding to questions and with materials quotes. I have also had a good experience with all of their delivery drivers. Quality products, good service and reasonable pricing.

    Looking for a pretty common would like to oak/hickory. Brian answered the phone and couldn’t even help me like give me some ideas or anything ,just gave up. Definitely a person that doesn’t think outside the box ,poor customer service in my eyes !

    Participated in the trex rebate program. They cut me a "deal" on the price of the materials, I thought I had all the bases covered, buyer beware. I would have gotten more money back in the end had they not given me the "deal" they so quickly offered me. Sticking with Millersburg lumber. Courteous and priced right
