  Myself and an employee accidently loaded an incorrect length of board on my trailer without noticing. Complete accident that’s easy to happen, I left a message after hours asking if I could exchange them next week ( it was a Friday evening). Not ten minutes later I got a message from an employee of the company figuring out a way to resolve the mistake. Not only did they super easily fix it but went out of there way to work after hours on a Saturday to drive to the job site to exchange the lumber themselves at no cost. Was extremely impressed and overall very pleased, especially due to the fact it was also my mistake of not realizing. Props to Chris and his team, did an amazing job and truly was dedicated to customer service. Rare to see such awesome actions nowadays. Overall great experience as a customer.

  Ryan Kerschner was very helpful with my Trex decking purchase. I am a DIYer and building a deck was my first time ever. Ryan made me even more confident that I could do it as he went above and beyond the transaction.. My family and I are loving our Trex deck in fact it turned out so great that I was contacted by Trex to add pictures of my deck to their magazine. Although I didn't follow through with providing Trex with pictures, seeing my family enjoy the deck is even better. Thanks Ryan for all your help and remember nothing goes unnoticed. Keep up the great work and the passion you have helping customers. Mitchell
