  What an incredible company. Super efficient from start to finish. I put in a request and Kevin called me almost immediately and he went right to my house and I got a quote back in 30 minutes. At that point I wasn’t even going to price them out. That level of efficiency and customer service is worth it. They showed up at 5 o clock and it was all done within an hour. Great work to Grizzly and I appreciate you all very much! Thanks again, Kevin!

  I previously used Grizzly Tree Experts on 9/6/21 and had an excellent experience. They provided clear communication, proof of insurance, a written estimate, careful work, and great follow up. Because of that positive first experience, I reached out again when I needed additional service. Unfortunately, this second experience was completely opposite. On Sun., 8/16/26, the technician (Oscar) came for an initial visit and gave only a verbal quote. I never received a written estimate, and there was no courtesy call on the day of service. On Mon., 8/17/26, when I arrived home, a large pile of tree debris had been left on my front lawn, my patio furniture was in disarray, and my grill cover had been damaged. I emailed them immediately. On Tue., 8/18/26, they returned to remove the debris from the front lawn. I expressed my concern about the damaged property and requested that they come back to cut the remaining stumps lower and clean the area properly. On Wed., 8/19/26, I received a call from Itzy regarding my email and the invoice requesting payment. I repeated my concerns, and she told me the follow up work would be completed on Fri., 8/21/26. I paid in full that night — but they never showed up. Since then, I’ve sent several follow up messages and spoken with three different representatives (Itzy, Maria, and another female). They were very responsive and professional when trying to earn my business and collect payment, but once payment was received, the customer service, follow up, and accountability disappeared. My experience this time was drastically different from my first. Based on this recent service, I would not recommend Grizzly Tree Experts. I suggest choosing a company that demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and reliable follow through.

  The young lady that called to see if I was satisfied sent the guy's back out to correct the problem,Three guys, that came out were very professional 8/28/26 cut the trees that I had spoke of that were not cut the first time out. They came back out and did a beautiful job. I will call them again when I need service they will resolve your tree problem

  Kevin and the crew at Grizzly Tree Service did a phenomenal job for us. From the beginning, Kevin gave me a great quote, and they went above and beyond by taking down several additional trees while still honoring the original price. The whole crew worked fast and efficiently. They had two excellent climbers and were extremely careful with everything, tying off limbs and branches so they came down exactly where they wanted them. With several large trees close to the house and other tight areas, it was impressive watching them work. They also did a great job cleaning everything up when they were finished. Great price, great crew, and quality work from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend Kevin and Grizzly Tree Service to anyone needing tree work done.

  The crew at Grizzly Tree Removal did a great job. Watching them handle large tree removals is impressive—they are highly skilled, work hard, and clearly know how to operate safely and efficiently as a team. My lower rating is primarily about the project management, communication, and sales process, not the field crew. We had large trees come down unexpectedly during a storm, so this was an unplanned expense and we were working within a fixed budget. The initial estimate felt straightforward, but once the job started there was continued pressure to add additional work and increase the scope. If you are dealing with an unexpected tree removal and need to stay within a firm budget, I would recommend being very clear upfront about the agreed scope and price. There was some damage to the grass during the work, but given the size of the trees and equipment involved, it was reasonable and not something I would complain about. The bigger issue was the customer experience. Communication was very active during the estimating and upselling phase, but while the work is in progress (multi phased days), communication dropped off significantly. It felt like the focus quickly shifted to selling the next project rather than closing out the existing one well. Excellent crews and very capable tree-removal work. The company would be substantially better with stronger project management, more consistent communication, and less emphasis on upselling during the job
