- ASAndrea SandersJun 30, 20265.0Tony came out to empty our septic tank and identified an issue with our field lines. He contacted Josh who came out to check it for us. We had to have the field lines replaced. Josh and his crew handled it in a timely manner at a fair price. Josh kept us updated along the way. His crew was very nice answering questions for us and treating our property with care. We want to thank them for helping us out and doing such a great job!

Also had a new tank cover/lid installed that extends up to ground level to allow access to the tank without having to dig down to the tank. Josh and Adrian did a fine job. Very nice young men and a pleasure to talk to.

- LBLucas BrownJun 25, 20191.0DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. They tried to scam my elderly grandfather today. He called them out to his house because a sink was backing up. After looking around the house, the Carter's Environmental employees told him that there was 1.5' of sewage in his basement and it would cost $2,000 to fix everything. There was zero sewage in the basement.
