  Horrible, my tank was bought 20 years ago and they came out to deliver propane and I’m at work, and they saw different gas company on the tank and I’m still at work and sends me a text while I’m at work and said no go for gas, instead of calling the other gas company to see who own the tank and it was 18 or 19 degrees the next morning with no propane, I don’t recommend using this company at all!

  My client was telling me this . She got a tank from them, ( Georgia Energy) she thought that the check she wrote was for was rented deposit and to have the tank to fill it up to 100 gallons of gas ,Ect. She understands that the check that she was writing was for deposit for the gas tank but it wasn’t for it . It was for rental fee and to fill it up . Well they needed to be more explaining to their customers what they’re doing when they write them checks for amount and need to make contract agreement between their customers because the customer will know what they are getting. Also they let people remove person names from their account and replace theirs name with their name and they don’t care about what the other person do just long they get a payments for theirs service that is not right as doing business with customers . (I also overheard that he didn’t care that her name was removed and replaced and he told her she has to take it up with the person who did it . The only thing that he care was about was his payment .) The guy who called her back explain to her what happened and he didn’t care who or what changed names long as he get payments for service that all. All of her phones calls are records so she can protection herself against phones calls and she sent me the recording to me and I listen to it . I couldn’t believe it I over hear something about her how she was talking to him. That is how she talks like that with high tone in her voice and don’t mean any disrespectful at all , but that how my client talks. I also heard that other company with make you signed at contract with them, yes, they might do that. So they won’t be no bad communication between two and every thing will be in writing so they won’t have something like this happens . So when you a write a checks make sure you write what it for in the bottom line so you will have contract with the person or company when they cash it . But it in the law books if you wrote a check between two individuals it a contract when it cashed at bank . I advise my client that don’t waste her time on this nonsense of that company’s .

  We just moved and didn't realize we had run out of propane (never lived in a gas house before 😅)...I called last night after hours, left a message, and had someone out today. So so grateful!! Chuck was super sweet and patient with us too.
