  Ian at Commercial Laundry was extremely helpful for us. He was able to get us an estimate the day our existing washer went down, and got us a great deal on a replacement. He had the unit we needed in stock, and installed within a day of receiving our approval.

  Mr. Ian Fischer (Sales Associate), as a prospective investor exploring commercial laundry equipment options, I was disappointed with my experience. I approached this company seeking preliminary information, including equipment recommendations, estimated pricing, and installation requirements for a planned laundromat project. As someone in the evaluation phase of a significant investment, I expected a consultative and customer-focused approach. Unfortunately, instead of receiving guidance on equipment options and startup requirements, the interaction became increasingly focused on obtaining information that was not relevant at this stage of the project. When I explained that the business was still in the planning phase and that a business name had not yet been finalized, I was ultimately advised to contact a local dealer rather than being provided with the general information requested. I understand that detailed quotations require specific project information; however, prospective investors often need preliminary guidance before committing to a project. Based on my experience, I found the engagement to be less supportive and less professional than expected. I hope the company considers adopting a more consultative approach when dealing with prospective customers and investors who are still in the early planning stages of their projects.

  Our condo building (24 units) experienced a sudden breakdown of two machines. Parts for repair were no longer available for the two old models. When I tell you that Commercial Laundry Equipment Company really delivered, I mean really delivered! Within 24 hours, despite a heavily booked Friday, they managed to make time for our building, and we had two new machines installed! Amazing service for which we are very grateful!

  I have been using this company for over 9 years and the service has only gotten better. Response time to a calls, phenomenal.
