  I would have left zero stars if it were possible Google should allow this! I called this morning a very rude obnoxious woman answered, and began getting combative and toxic. Once I began explaining to her my last experience with the company I was basically going to explain what my last experience with the company was and ask was I going to get similar service but I was still going to give them another chance. This lady would not even listen to me. I could not even finish what I was saying before she began getting rude and putting me on hold. This company came to my shop and claimed that they had to remove my entire compressor out of the machine, simply to put it back in the machine and sweat it back in. Yes they did not change the compressor. They simply had to take it out to put it back in made no sense to me but 🤷‍♂️ They do not care about (Client) interaction at all I read the reviews and I will concur that the negative reviews that I read I 100% believe every one of them. I will never use this company again under any circumstance I would advise you to use someone else. Also this is a company, lacking integrity.!!!

  We been calling Browns for years now. Extremely disappointed with their service today. Young inexperience guy comes to do the service has no idea what is wrong the ice machine after an hour until we told him what to check. Swapped two tubes in two hours, goes out to his truck and spends 30minute to write an invoice and have the audacity to charge two and a half hours with the comment “you pay for the time I get here and when I leave”. Proceeds to take 15mins to put the cover back on. So they can have no experience and have no idea what to do, take their sweet time to write an invoice and as a loyal customer we have to pay for that. Ridiculous and unprofessional.

  Excellent service every time we work with these guys. Knowledgeable technicians and realistic pricing. I highly recommend them for anything HVAC related.

  We own an ice machine from Brown’s Refrigeration. It works great and the team that installed it was professional and did a great job. The Brown family are good people. You can’t go wrong dealing with Brown’s!
