  Edit-thank god I took my trailer- you see the owner even tried to justify that the starter was broken. I will post pictures below of the power wire which he used to install the pressure cleaner. It turned out this time what was the problem was just the wire because he used a 4 gauge wire for an amp. It was not marine grade. So “he” Sam and Riley were about to send my starter for warranty when the problem was just that he didn’t install it correctly. And here he is responding trying to justify it. As far as the p40 check valves which happened 1 month after installation. he himself installed the whole system why didnt he check that there wasn’t any dirt in the system or the tanks when he installed it? I’m not sure what the owner is talking about but if you want a real pressure washing company go to Suncoast which is owned by Pressure World in fort pierce you will notice the difference when you walk in. Once again I could go on and on. The proportioner wasn’t checked when he installed it and it still leaks air to this day if the right soap valve isn’t turned in an akward position. I’ll post pictures of that as well. All in all. Don’t believe what they say. Always check with pressure world and suncoast. And the owner says he’s respectful but he himself once he realized I noticed everything he says “well why didn’t you buy the equipment from us” that tells you everything about the type of person he is. Thanks 🙏 Friends & Family of the Treasure Coast BEWARE! The Owner is a man named Sam. I tried to be loyal and purchased all my bleach, chemicals and even had him build my trailer and set it all up. I’ve spent well over 3-4k in less than 10 months. Brought my machines in for repairs for the last 8-10 months. 2 weeks ago he charged me 130$ for replacing a fuse and told me that it took his 30 mins to figure out it was the fuse. Today the starter on my machine where the fuse was that he “replaced” went bad. I spoke to the owner of cigarcitysoftwash who sold me the 15k in equipment in December, he called himself and spoke with Riley who is the mechanic that they have working there. After speaking with them he was the one who told me that he only replaced a fuse last time and that shouldn’t cost but a few dollars and a couple of mins. He had the trailer over 24 hours for that “fuse” repair. Today when I confronted him about this he obviously felt backed into a corner because he probably never thought I’d find out or figure it out and he says to me “Well why didn’t you buy your 15k in equipment from us” basically saying well if you’d have bought the equipment from you we’d take care of you. Thats like me getting angry at customers who I clean they’re gutters for but didn’t buy it from me. I had no idea but Pressure World is a Much Bigger and Reputable company I found out today they have a PSL location which will be servicing it from now on and they also have a fort pierce location which is very convenient. Hope this helps at least a few people because we live in a small town and some people think they can take advantage. Mind you this is only part of the story but figured these examples would help people understand the person they’d be dealing with since he is the owner.

  Had an absolute great experience at Pressure washers USA!!! They always have whatever we need for the job of the day. It’s the one stop shop where you can get anything you need in a pinch! The owner Sam is excellent at getting anything you need!!! Keep up the great work!!!!
