WOW!!! The day after contacting Sunshine about ordering an environmental wetland survey, they called and scheduled it for a couple days away! Ryan answered all my questions and explained what he was testing for (as far as soil and plants go), flagged the trees where the wetlands started with ribbon (behind and beside the home), and said I would get the detailed report the following week. That was on a Friday. I received the report the following Wednesday. The report was very detailed with information and photographs, and easy to understand. I will not hesitate to refer Sunshine Land Management to anyone I know (or don't know!) that needs, or is interested in having a survey done. Thank you for your speedy response, thorough job, and the time and patience explaining everything to me on site! AAA+++

I had a great experience working with Sunshine Land Management for my wetland delineation. Liam was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and kept me updated from start to finish. The work was completed efficiently, and I felt confident that everything was handled correctly. I would definitely recommend Sunshine Land Management and Liam to anyone needing a wetland delineation or similar services.

Professional team to work with, they came out fast to conduct the environmental study and I have told me everything I needed to know about the property even before they have sent me the report. Will use them again for other properties.
