- DRD RApr 7, 20265.0I service and install these machines. Great company to work with both for the owners and service techs. Had an issue recently with a 8,000lbs-per-day machine that I installed a few years ago. John was very helpful discussing the problem and getting the part shipped that same day. If you need serious ice production with minimal or no downtime, the Arctic Temp machines manufactured by Holiday Ice are the way to go.

Remote units, identified by model numbers with AR-L and RCU, offer flexibility by allowing the ice machine to be installed indoors or externally, with the condensing unit placed in the most convenient location, similar to how an HVAC condenser is positioned outside a home while the air handler remains inside.
