  This company is one of the most unprofessional, uncaring companies I have ever dealt with. On February 27, 2026 my neighbor across the street was getting a delivery. The inconsiderate and unprofessional driver drove up on my lawn trying to back into my neighbors driveway. Not just a little bit, 40 feet onto the lawn. He must’ve had a hard time because there are several deep ruts. I have been trying to get reimbursed for the damage for over a month. I have video footage, that’s how I know who did it. I have sent them all the photos and videos. They requested an estimate, I’ve sent that. My husband and I are in our 70’s and don’t have the strength or the money to fix this. I suppose my only other option is to take them to Small Claims Court to get this fixed before someone hurts themselves on these ruts in our lawn. I just want them to take responsibility for the damage their driver caused.

  I give one start, because I have to! lol but this company don’t have a word, before you pay everyone it’s nice and promises you everything, but after you pay, first they never was on time for delivery, second they throw the material out of my property on the road. Please be aware of this company. They said was my fault because I don’t have the equipment to unload it? Lolol what a joke. Other this I have material from other customers on my delivery, this was a crazy!! Don’t buy from this company

  My husband and I built a 40x60 shed with windows and doors and needed the materials to enclose it. We called Chris Wampler and he got all the materials ordered and ready for us with in a day. We built our shed right next to our new home and wanted the shed to look as good as the house. Chris helped us go though all the different colors that Reed’s has to offer and we were able to find the perfect complementary color. We just want to say thank you to Reed’s and Chris Wampler for making sure we were taken care of from start to finish for our order. Any chance I get I tell people to go to Reed’s and ask for Chris Wampler because I know for fact they will be in good hands and will be working with a company and representative that gives great service, products and most importantly they truly care!

  Every person I encountered at Reed's Metals was professional, courteous and helpful. Ricky, Mike, Travis and everyone else went above and beyond what I have come to expect these days. With their guidance, trusses and galvalume, I built a great and solid turnout shed. I would not hesitate to recommend Reed's to anyone asking.
