- IMIvan MendozaNov 18, 20191.0If I can give this company a 0 I would. In all my years of working in construction I have never come across a more unprofessional company as this one. Absolutely terrible customer service, communication, professionalism and care for their customers. communicating with this company was difficult as anytime you call it seems the person you're looking for is never around. Then emails take days to be responded. My overall frustration grew when I would arrive home one day to see the lumber order from them completely in the middle of my driveway. Not a simple call ahead was given to give us time to prepare or instructions on where to leave the material. I called Tim Hernandez the representative who was helping me and he was not helpful and told me I will have to figure it out on my own. Brian the manager was just as unreliable and is simply one of the worst persons I've encountered in dealing with a customer. I really hope all contractors and even normal customers looking to get lumber and truss is from this company see this review and stay away. The inconvenience of dealing with a company like this is not worth it. Do yourself a favor and contact another truss company in town because where's dixieline you're going to suffer.
