    I paid over $420 for shipping 10 acrylic sheets to Canada under the clear promise it would be handled smoothly via FedEx Home Delivery. That was not just inaccurate - it was completely misleading. Instead, my order was handed off to two different, unrelated delivery companies - neither of which was FedEx. This turned what should have been a simple delivery into a frustrating and unnecessarily complicated process. It got worse. One of these companies pushed me to use a “broker” they recommended. That broker never provided any receipt, claimed vague “computer issues,” and then disappeared entirely. No follow-up. No documentation. Nothing. This is not just poor service : it’s a complete breakdown of professionalism and accountability. I reached out to ePlastics to get an explanation or even basic support. I was ignored. No response. No attempt to fix the situation. Just silence. Yes, the product arrived intact, but that’s the absolute bare minimum. When a company charges premium shipping fees and makes specific promises about the delivery method, customers should not be left dealing with third-party chaos, questionable intermediaries, and zero support. This experience shows a clear lack of transparency and customer care. Once they had my money, they were done. I will not be doing business with them again, and I strongly recommend others think twice before trusting them with international orders.

    Wow, I've been ordering from this company since 2019 and never realized how bad the reviews were! My last order was mixed up with another. I was told to repackage the order sent to me and the other party to do the same and ship it to each other. What company does this? So now I'm waiting an extra week to get my order because some other customer has to send it to me? Crazy! Most companies would just apologize for the issue and ship out a new order right away. The CS rep didn't really seem too bothered by the whole mix up. Since 2019, I've only spent around $20,000 with this company so I'm pretty small potatoes but I would expect a little better customer service than this. (EDIT: In response to the response below, I was never ASKED if the arrangement was satisfactory, just told to ship it back out. Great customer service is going above and beyond to correct a mistake, not what is most convenient for the company.)

    I have never experienced such a breath taking level of incompetence and inabillity to understand drawings and dimensions. A week was wasted only to be told they could not cut what could be done in any home shop

    Went there for the first time to go get some plexiglass and I had no really clue about this type of work or industry. I need to get some plexiglass cut for my business and there was someone named Salvador there who was incredibly helpful and really knew everything about the glass and what works best with the lighting and what not for my business but anyways come to this place to get educated and more Lots of options to choose from
