  honestly felt a lot better than i thought it would not sure why i waited so long to stop here. the service was quick and super friendly they really know what they're doing with the propane stuff. it worked perfect for my bbq and the guy even helped me carry the tank out to my car. definitely going back when i run out again

  Don’t believe open hours on google, their signs or windows. Drive down from Sequoia and arrived an hour earlier than their listed close. Closed. No answers on the phone. Don’t waste time coming here.

  One star is too much. Genuinely the worst customer service I have experienced. The drivers are professional enough but the office is horrifically rude even when they are completely (through proof of bank statements and invoices) in the wrong for double charging. They will give you the run around for days, telling you that "If you don't have a receipt, there's nothing I can do". Problem is, if they don't mail you a receipt after paying over the phone, you're out of luck. They also won't consider the invoice tag from the delivery driver as a receipt. No apologies once they "found" the double charge for $600 and then told me they would "do me this favor, this one time of removing the charge". A friend of mine had the same issue with double charging. Just saw the other 1 star review that looks like the same situation. The slightly lower price is NOT worth it!

  I have called Alta twice now and I have to say that Jodie has been amazing. I was price checking and not only was she kind and extremely helpful, but she really seemed to genuinely care. Custom service is very important to me and I look at all customer reviews before making my decision. I am here to tell you they are the real deal, and I haven't even had my propane delivered yet! Lol. Thank you for your kindness. New customer because of your great receptionist. Blessings.
