Called on a Wednesday morning and was told I’d receive a call back to answer questions I had about enclosing a carport. Called back the next day to check back in. Front desk was nice and transferred me to a salesman. When asked about a kit the salesman replied just tell me how many pieces you need and what color you want and I’ll shoot you a quote. Okay? What am I calling you for then? I can do that and order it offline. The salesman then became frustrated when I asked him the dimensions the metal was cut, huffing and puffing like it wasn’t his job. Now I’ve never really dealt with sheetmetal and I understand you have bigger fish to fry but try to offer some guidance next time a customer who’s ready to buy calls and has simple questions.
