- AHAndrew HallDec 12, 20251.0This review is in regards to the stihl service department. Can’t speak for any other sales or service. I brought in a chainsaw that was not working, at the same time purchasing a $900 saw when I dropped the old one off. I was told they were 3 weeks out on repairs. 3 weeks go by and I got a message saying that the saw was totaled and was going to need a full engine rebuild which was more than the saw was new. I went and picked up the old saw and ended up fixing it myself in about 45 minutes and $6 in parts. This dealer has lost my business.
