  This review is in regards to the stihl service department. Can’t speak for any other sales or service. I brought in a chainsaw that was not working, at the same time purchasing a $900 saw when I dropped the old one off. I was told they were 3 weeks out on repairs. 3 weeks go by and I got a message saying that the saw was totaled and was going to need a full engine rebuild which was more than the saw was new. I went and picked up the old saw and ended up fixing it myself in about 45 minutes and $6 in parts. This dealer has lost my business.

  Had a delivery of petroleum products. Arrived on 3/18/25 @ 12:17pm and was greeted outside in parking lot by Misty operating a forklift. She quickly gave me the lay of the land and went inside to get Ryan to assist in unloading 12ea pallets I had for them. The unloading dock (on rhs when you first pull in)was tied up. So both Misty and Ryan procured a pallet jack and proceeded to do a tailgate unload. Thanks to their efforts and professionalism all 12ea pallets were removed in record time. I’m sure a restroom was available, I did not need and honestly was not even inside facility due to the speedy proactive unloading. I appreciated all the hard work and hospitality I received and look forward to coming back again . Parking lot circles around building and I had pulled in on rhs, so when checking out @ 12:47pm, I proceeded counter clockwise. Employee parking on Rt side so be considerate to park beyond that area. No overnighting as facilities are gated after hours.

  Professional and friendly staff. Low pressure sales staff. Genuinely there to help you find what you want. Bought a zero turn and trailer. Continue to go back for parts and always a positive experience.
