  Bought a tractor here. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Took care of financing right there. Go see Mr. Keith. They had it delivered straight to our house. My husband loves it. Has used it almost every day

  Can't recommend the Temple United Ag & Turf enough. Starting with sales which was quick, efficient, and easy. Jacob Compton helped me (first time tractor owner) select the things I needed for my property as described without upselling me on things I didn't. He did great followup after the sale, answering questions and prioritizing my satisfaction to get a couple of corrections done. Each time he ended up staying late but never rushed me or left me feeling he wasn't ready to help. He shepherded me through picking up the equipment and followed up to make sure I was happy. Had a minor factory issue and Jacob jumped in to connect me with Matt the service manager. They sent Jack out the first business day who corrected the issue and left me feeling confident I'd made a good purchase. It was confidence inspiring to have another tractor owner and veteran affirm my choice and he gave me great advice as well as expert service. My wife and I were blown away by the great service and great communication at every step of the process, leaving us well satisfied we'd bought a John Deere and started a relationship with the Temple United Ag & Turf. We will definitely be back frequently!

  Been there twice and wont go back. Had to have a Stihl saw worked on a few weeks ago. When I walked through the door and went to the counter, I was told I needed to walk down the hall for service. I walked down a narrow side hall and went to an office at the end of the hall. There was no service desk, but a mature gentleman was on the phone. After a few min of waiting (and not being recognized) I walked into another office and asked for help. I was told to put my saw on the floor and they would call when it was ready. Two weeks later, no call, so I called them and was told my saw was ready; I guess they were too busy.Poor customer service. The service desk was not busy and should have escorted the customer to the service dept to ensure the customer was taken care of. They also shouldnt wait for the customer to call them. Went there again recently to buy a chain for my Stihl. Not a single hello when I walked in. The service guys were having a personal conversation and had no customers. I provided them the model of saw I had along with the bar length. The service guy informed me he could not get me the correct chain unless I provided him with the link count on the bar. I left, got back to my office, got in Stihls website, bam. In 2 min I found the right chain for my saw model and bar length along with tooth count. I work in customer service and blame senior leaders/mgrs for this stale environment. Update: Regional director personally contacted me regarding my review and made things right. Its those types of leaders that lean into adversity that make a difference. United Ag has earned another opportunity with me. Thank you
