  Needed to see if I could get a part for my 6400. Called the parts department went through the promps and the phone rang for over 5 minutes with not even one person picking up. Called back 5 minutes later got someone in service asked for parts was transferred and the phone rang so long it was sent to voice mail wich was full then hung up on me. Called back a 3rd time got parts on the first ring. Told them hey this is what im looking for they informed me they didn't have it and would have to order it " knew that would probably be what happened" I asked were it was coming from so I could know if I needed to pay more for shipping so I could have it in time for when I needed it. The parts person didn't answer i wanted a moment and then was hung up on........ This is not the first time I have been treated like this. Iv never been rude never been a out rate customer just your normal guy trying to get parts........ But after this level of treatment I will not be dealing with the temple location any more. I would strongly advise any othere person needing parts to do the same. One can literally order and have sent to you location any part they would have to order in the first place and you don't have to deal with being treated like you are a second rate person by people that done care about helping there customers....... Its truly sad to see but I remember when john deer use to be so much more then what it is now. Update to what john deer did after see this post... After leaving my review of the store any what I would say was a clear description of what I had take place. I received a derct call from the parts manager. " couldn't call back to help me with my part but could call back after a review" He called and wanted to unfor me of that there had been quite a few phone problems today and was sorry for the problems and that he wanted to resolve any issues. Soooo I gave him the benefit of the doubt and drove over to united Took a look inside to make sure that parts had a few customers they were working with and with my phone in had walked in and placed a call to the parts counter wile standing in the store. I watched the to individuals that were at the counter continue to help the people in front of them. Never pick up the phone an ask for me to hold Never they acted like it wasn't there. I hung up redialed and watched the same thing happen 4 more times until there was literally just one person left in line in front of me.... Sound like there definitely wasn't a phone problem as the manager had said but a people problem... After get to the counter I asked about a random different part and declineded get. Went home ordered what I was after from united in waco shipped to my house in 2 days and no BS from people behind a counter......

  Great place for all your equipment needs. Great salesman and parts. Really nice people and neat facilities. If you need anything John Deere, they have it.
