  Regardless of other aspects of the business, I will say that I received some of the best customer service that I've ever gotten from Curtis. UAT should be proud to have him on their team.

  Writing 2nd review since first review was taken down I’m currently having fuel issues with the sending unit Kylie eustace fails to understand that there are parts not working. Instead of checking my machine they called me to know it needs 2400 dollars in maintenance. That it needs new blades for the brush hog, who replaces blades as soon as mowing season stops? I bought the wrong machine Kubota is much nicer to customers and gets you taken care of under warranty. I will never buy a John Deere tractor again and definitely not from this store Sales team, parts department and everyone else is great just like any machinery dealer. But when you have a service department failing to warranty parts. And charging 475$ to tell you nothing is wrong. As you can see on the receipt there is no info on what they found wrong with my machine

  Drew and Amanda with the service department were absolutely wonderful to deal with. Not only did they get my services done quickly on my tractor, zero turn and gator but they communicated with me every step of the way. I had some unique requests of them and they facilitated those requests and seemed happy to do it where some companies could act annoyed about doing things outside the box or a customer calling with questions and thoughts all the time. They did not at all seem annoyed and were just extremely helpful. They have a texting system that if I had a question they would respond quickly. If it took more than a text I could call and reach them every time. Absolute Top notch service!!!
