  We have bought several JD equipment during the years, being the last one our big tractor. Steven H was great from the sales through the delivery. He went to our farm and showed all the features and mades sure all was working well. His service was extraordinary. Great experience!

  Amazing customer service and support by Eric Anderson and Staff. Stopped by last week looking to replace my old lawn tractor. They stopped what they were doing, walked me to the floor and showed me the latest and greatest John Deere Zero turn mowers. Answered all my questions without trying to talk over my head. Down to earth folks took my information, got back to me the next day with an offer which I accepted right away as it was more affordable compared to other competitors. Online payment and paperwork was a breeze and a couple of days later Mr. Eric Anderson himself pulled up to my driveway with my brand-new Deere in tow. Went over the safety features, do's and don'ts and handed the keys over. What a great pleasure dealing with this entity overall. Just finished setting up my John Deer online account and selected the United Ag and Turf out of Rhome, Tx as my preferred dealer for obvious reasons. Will come back time and time again.   Eric is the best salesman I have ever had the pleasure of working with I did my legwork went down the rabbit hole I went all over DFW looking at what tractor I was gonna buy I decided local so I did all of those I walked in and immediately knew he was the one NOW a days customer service is out the window Eric is the best salesman I have had the pleasure of working with call him go see him and find out please 🙏

  Got a new lawnmower, belt snapped first use. They came and replaced the belt with a “new” one which then broke before completing one use. Some great new belt. So two belts snapped and it takes anywhere 8-18 days for them to come pickup. Then another week or two of it sitting there if you don’t call and ask for status updates. Worst people I have ever had to deal with in a professional service... Updated 6/3/21: Still 1 star. Rude customer service as usual. Lack of communication or urgency when dealing with a maintenance problem. Cute comment below from the “management” is a waste of time. They know my name and number and haven’t called still to make this right. Updated 6/4/21: Still 1 Star. Received a call today about above review... Did you think they would call with an update? Nope. They called to cry about me updating my review and not the fact my mower has been in the shop for 8 days and we still don’t have a quote or an update. Laughable customer service, on par with my previous two reviews. Hands down the worst type of company and employees who are not only inept at following up with what they tell you, they then have the nerve to act offended by you calling them for that update they told you they would provide two days ago. This is 8 days into them having my mower and still not a word on when it will be fixed. Not only are they classless, they apparently are clueless. This is our last time trusting them. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME, MONEY, AND SANITY. UPDATE: 6/6/2021 - Well, here we are a couple days later after $300 for a service, the service light is already on. Some way to really finalize my point on INADEQUATE SERVICE. This is almost comical, I don’t think it is even worth fighting over the money anymore. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM UNITED AG IN RHOME!!! They are destroying the John Deere brand singlehandedly
