After years of doing business with Martindale Guadalupe Gas company we have NEVER been talked to or treated the way that lady who works there spoke to us today. She was rude and very unprofessional. We sadly discontinued any future business them. Today my husband made a call as we always do when we need our tank filled. The lady there took our $290 payment to fill our tank. Then calls my husband back to inform we need to pay and additional $150 to "check the lines" because they have a new insurance. She said they could not fill tank unless they check lines. We never received any notice of this change. Why would you not inform your customer if this additional charge prior to taking payment for propane. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! Shout out to Bubbas Got Gas who came to take care of us.
