  They are awesome. James in particular is extremely diligent and knowledge. He was instrumental in me obtaining coverage for my claim. Naturally, my insurance company initially was only willing to pay a very small amount for hail damage. James coached me to request a second inspection where he agreed to meet the second inspector not once but twice to demonstrate the extent of the hail damage. Thanks to his efforts, the carrier ultimately covered the entire claim. James also followed up after the roof was replaced to insure that everything was cleaned up and in proper order. Five stars!!

  We are extremely pleased with the whole process of our roof repair. Cameron communicated every step of the process, talked us through the insurance claim process and what to expect, all the way to inspecting the finished product.
