I called their 24/7 answering service and within the hour they called me back. They advised me what was more than likely going on but told me that he would not mind sending a technician out to my house if I wanted (it was 7pm at night so I refused the offer) so he told me to call him anytime if I needed further help. Now that’s customer service!! Santo Propane has gained a lifelong customer! Definitely recommend them if you need their services.
