  I needed to get parts to service a mini excavator. I spoke with a polite young lady name Emily and got all I needed set out at parts counter. Went to Holt Cat in Irving and spent maybe 5 minutes at the most and the friendly gentleman at the counter had parts waiting. Great experience in my book.

  Man if anyone is picking up parts they better bring lunch these people would take their sweet time to dispatch parts Went there tonpuck up starter and it took them 1:45 minutes to give it to me

  Is there a zero star. I drop my truck off for an Allison transmission issue. It was going into limp mode. Holt wanted to replace the transmission $7k. The diagnostic was $660. I take it to an Allison shop. Wiring problem fixed. Don’t take your stuff here. Either incompetent or dishonest. If you don’t know what you’re doing recommend another shop. It’s ok. Don’t make people pay for a guessignostic.
