They didn't know we started using Star after they did an amazing job fixing our transmission jack. Freon machine wasn't fixed properly by Watco company. Star stepped up and is helping without caring that someone else attempted it 1st. This company is great!

The estimate only took about a month and multiple phone calls to get at that. Once I got the jack picked up after an absolute thanks but no thanks, parts were missing from it. I can get subpar results and over priced customer service from any of the hundreds of hydraulic shops throughout the city. Learn your customers and return their phone calls.
