Texas Precision Plating was founded in 1966, and has been family owned and operated ever since. We started off in one room doing Tin plating, and over the years we have grown and expanded into five buildings and we staff over 50 employees. We specialize in Industrial, Electronic, Aerospace and Military plating applications.
I really hate to write this review. I really do. I've been a loyal customer for 26 years. I used to own a shop and we did all of our plating at TPP. I got out of the business but still brought my personal projects to TPP and they always did fantastic work. Over the years they got slower and slower on the turn around. After today I'm no longer a customer. I started a small business a few months ago, and started bringing in stuff to get anodized. Turn around has been slow 2 weeks or more, and then finally on my last order they messed up 1/3 of my order. They didn't even notice the mistakes and I had to drive all the way back over after getting home and opening up the wrapped parts. I drove straight back over to get this resolved and they agreed to redo the parts with the problems. I was told they would be done on Monday (this was a Friday afternoon) Monday rolled around and no one called. Tuesday. No one called. Wednesday and Thursday, no calls. Friday I called and was told that they would get them done on Monday.... that was today. Today I went to get my parts whether they were done or not. They weren't done. They haven't even stripped off the old anodizing. No refund was offered for work that I paid for that they didn't complete. No apology was offered. Now I have to pay another shop to fix the problems that TPP caused, as well as pay them to redo the anodizing. TPP is not a place that I trust my business with anymore.

Very rude Woman that answers the phone just hangs up the phone while you’re still talking. Will not do business with this company if they hire people like that.
