As the previous reviews mention. The lady answering the phones needs to be replaced. She hung up on me 3 times. when I finally got a word in, she cut me off saying send an email, I told her the email she gave me was not working, she cut me off again saying something then the line transfered to voicemail. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

The lady that answers the phone should not be the person answering the phone for a business. Had the same experience that others have had, rude and hangs while you are still talking. I cannot speak on the type of work they do. Might do amazing work, but based on the interaction I would recommend the company.

Called to ask a question, the lady says no and just hangs up as I was attempting to ask if they would know someone that could do what I needed. Very unprofessional for a company showing and stating professional work.

Found them to be very helpful and knowledgeable. Steve explained the best options for my project and steered me away from making the wrong plating choice. I highly recommend Texas Precision Plating!
