  My z225 zero turn mower was sputtering I bought a new fuel pump and carburetor off of Amazon which didn't work out. So after many frustrations, I contacted this branch and they took care of me to my satisfaction and even put in new brake cables and cleaned everything up really good I'm impressed because I used to be a mechanic in the Navy and they did a great job. Noe did a excellent job in staying in touch with me and guided me through what they were capable of doing.

  I stopped by United Ag & Turfs Farmers Branch location on 9/25/2025 at around 3:30pm to look at their tractors. I was told by someone in their service department that I could not see any tractors. The tractors are located out back and I would have to walk through the warehouse, which is not allowed without a salesperson. I asked if anyone else could walk me through the warehouse and was told no. So, I drove to Farmers Branch for nothing. It now has me looking into other tractors and I was fairly set on a John Deere. People say customer service doesn't matter anymore, everyone just buys it on the internet anyway, I say you are wrong, it matters. If management is arrogant, it flows down to the entire team.

  I deliver STIHL here. And the 2 ladies, that work the receiving dock, are AWESOME !! I love going here !! They always have a smile, and good things to say !! Thanks ladies !!!

  Recently had some service on my Ztrak and my personal STIHL equipment, the service was great Both Advisors Jason and Noe extremely funny and easy going. They answered all my questions and Aaron the “Service Manager” came out shook my hand greeted himself with extreme professionalism. Tony “Store Manager”greeted himself as well. I am very impressed with United Ag and Turf of Farmers Branch
