- PCPatty Carrion2 days ago1.0Weekends are the only time available for my husband to do his projects, we came to reel steel in Edinburg and he brought with him a big heavy piece of metal from home to buy a metal bar in which he confirmed with someone there that they had advised him that they could cut the metal to the size he would need. He gets there with heavy metal on hand the person there asked him : What size do you need? My husband replied well that why I brought this so you could tell me? This person working there did not know how to measure , my husband literally had to measure it for him, and asked for length and diameter that my husband also had to get for him.JUST TO TELL H IM OH WE DONT HAVE IT! Did not even offer to make a sell that they could order etc., Message to the owner get yourself employees that know your product of business!

I was shocked the way he was speaking to a customer, in embarrassment I looked around to other salesman to see if someone would say something and come to the customer’s rescue; yet, everyone seemed to accept this man’s rude and condescending behavior. As far as for my own experience, I was not helped with anything that I needed. As I explained myself for the items I was looking for, it seemed as I was speaking a foreign language, I attempted to speak to several salesman including the cashier as an effort to be assisted with what I needed, with no success I walked out of the building with a frustrated and helpless feeling that prompted me to write this review. I wonder if upper management/owner is aware of this type of behavior and if so, what are they doing to correct it? Unless this behavior is part of their business model. If so, it is hard to believe how a business allows this type of customer service.
