  We have been using there service since 2017 and it has been exceptional! We recently ran low on a period of arctic blast. I called them on a Thursday and they were honest and informed me that because of the arctic blast (high volume of orders) we would not get serviced until probably Wednesday of the coming week. To my surprise they showed up on Saturday and refilled our tank just in time to overcome the artic blast. We are grateful for their service and highly recommend them.

  My mom was recently in a vehicle accident that left her in need of repairs to the small propane tank attached to her cargo trailer. She visited T Neale and asked me to share this message on her behalf: “I don’t know the names of the two young men who helped me the other day at T Neal Propane but they showed me such a desire to help, so much compassion and thoughtfulness. It meant so much to know there are still good people in this world. Everybody needs help from time to time. Lend a hand to strangers, smile, and be grateful to be enjoying your incredible life with your loved ones. Thank you, I’ll always be eternally grateful to you.”

  Hours say open 24 hours and you call them and they are closed and then gives you the hours. Don’t advertise 24 hour service if you really aren’t.

  My tank was filled quickly for the advertised $20, swipe of my card and I was gone in less than 10 minutes. I'll continue using Neale this winter.
