  Integrity in business is not often found anymore. Most places just want to sell their customer anything and everything. That is not the case at United Ag in Brady. From the sales staff to the service department, the integrity at this store is well above par. Any questions I have are answered timely and thoroughly. They work to find the best deal and will not sell anything they do not stand behind. I highly recommend this store for any and all farming and ranching needs.

  I had an amazing experience with the service manager, Rodney. I brought in a Tractor for repair and Rodney was very knowledgeable and had answers for every question I had. Rodney was honest and kept me updated with all the repairs. Rodney made everything very clear, upfront, and easy to understand. Rodney was very professional the entire time. Not only was the knowledge and professionalism a breath of fresh air, but my Tractor was also finished quick, fast, and in a hurry. My tractor is now running as good as new. Rodney was available for me every step of the way. I will definitely be returning for any future services needed.

  Great place to purchase tractors, utility vehicles, lawn mowers, or handheld equipment. They also offer parts and service for when needed.
